The process starts with defining the make/buy process and the pros and cons of each and identifying whether it is an effective solution for the challenge at hand. This is followed by a market scan of potential partners and development of a business case to support an executive decision stage gate.

With business case acceptance, we then works with subject matter experts to define the scope of work and solution specification package (RFQ/RFI/RFP) for distribution to potential partners. we work with the client to down-select partners based on defined commercial, legal, and technical criteria and reconfirms the business case based on initial responses.

"You will never stumble
upon the unexpected
if you stick only to familiar."

- Ed Catmull

Our creative win-win negotiation skills ensure both sides of the table reach an optimal agreement after fully considering each others’ interests. We work with the client and prime vendor legal team to reach an executed agreement with clearly defined service description and success criteria, and provide program expertise in the development of an effective transition plan to integrate the vendor into your day-day operations.

We can also provide ongoing post-transition support to ensure a healthy and well-managed relationship with your new vendor partner. This can include client satisfaction monitoring, operations and project governance, and regular health checks.
