Globally experienced professionals with a deep background in design, engineering and a solid business acumen in business process improvement, project management, product development, change, and operations management. Strong track record in roles within the industry as well as a consultant; designing and implementing a strategy that is unique to and consistent with clients’ needs.

We offer our clients over 40 years of global design and engineering experience coupled with business knowledge drawing from experience in North America, the Middle East, and Europe in the Aerospace, Marine, Construction, Garment, and high-tech light manufacturing industries. We drive high-level concepts to implementable projects with charters, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics then executing under an overall change management strategy; this depth of experience is fundamental to our understanding of our clients’ challenges. We have led multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, product development, manufacturing, IT, purchasing, and supply chain. We excel in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary and multi-functional environments, and have held roles such as Designer, Technical Product Development, Operations Manager, Engineering Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Project Management Consultant.

The Team


Having graduated from Lucie Clayton College of Fashion in London England, and working as a couturier for many years, Azadeh has a strong knowledge of garment construction and a wide understanding of the apparel production cycle. Working with prominent children and women clothiers for over 15 years developing patterns, product development, and overseeing production lines brings a valuable asset to her clients. Azadeh has been doing business in Vancouver British Columbia under the name of Ada Designs for the past 18 years. Ada Designs has served local and international clients from Seattle to Madagascar.

Azadeh's passion for assisting and supporting local social programs empowered her to co-found Common Thread a non-profit cooperative of Canadian organizations. Common Thread is a social enterprise with a primary purpose to provide employment for newcomers to Canada, people living with mental illness and others who thrive in a flexible work environment. Azadeh is a member of the Canadian Apparel Federation and an active member of Threadworks that is a joint collaborative through Craftworks Society and Common Thread Cooperative in partnership with YWCA Metro Vancouver (WorkBC). Threadworks funding is provided by the City of Vancouver, Community Action Initiative, and Vancouver Foundation.

Saeed completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from The London City University (UK) and is a member of the ‘Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientist of British Columbia’ as a Professional Engineer with a P.Eng. designation. Saeed is a Professional Project Manager and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a member of the Project Management Institute. This background allows Saeed to understand his client's challenges and opportunities quickly and to ensure that solutions are grounded in the organization core business.

Saeed is an active member of the community and is a founding member of the Iranian Engineer of British Columbia Association (IEBCA) where he continues to volunteer as a consultant.

Contributing up to 1 % of revenue to social enterprises and nonprofit organizations that support people looking to create a better future for themselves, their families and their communities.
